The main saw and the grooving saw can be raised and lowered independently, and the lifting height can be automatically adjusted according to the sawing thickness, reducing the lifting stroke of the saw blade to achieve the best sawing effect.
The mainframe adopts heavy-duty structural design. The frame has gone through more than a dozen processes such as annealing and sandblasting, and adopts high-precision gantry CNC machining (roughing, aging vibration, semi-finishing,fine finishing). The accuracy reaches the international machine standard.
The pressure beam lifting adopts high-precision double-tie rod cylinder and ASP structure pilot one-way regulating valve. It can stop at any position to realize automatic lifting and positioning. The lifting distance can be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate, reducing the cylinder's empty stroke and improving the sawing efficiency and sawing flatness.
The mechanical gripper feeding adopts high-precision small-gap reducer and 6-level grind incline gear +incline rack transmission. The cutting accuracy can reach ±0.07 mm. The gripper adopts a flexible rubber-lined double-clamp structure to effectively prevent scratches on the plate.
The work surface is made of imported bakelite and air floating beads, which effectively ensures the processing of sensitive decorative panels and prevents scratches on the panels, making the movement of panels easier.
Schneider low-voltage components have the advantages of high reliability, strong anti-interference ability and low failure rate. All servo operations are controlled by bus, which is more stable than the closed loop of the whole system, and will not cause instability due to data loss caused by interference. The stability of the machine is greatly improved. The low-voltage electrical box uses waterproof joints to wrap the wire through holes, and the entire electrical box is sealed with rubber strips to prevent dust from entering the low-voltage electrical box for a long time and causing a short circuit of the low-voltage electrical appliances.
This machine uses an i5-3rd generation 8-128 memory industrial computer (built-in Wi-Fi for wireless networking) operating system that based on the PL , with complete operating instructions and troubleshooting guidelines, and is compatible with a variety of sawing optimization software, barcode management software, and factory automation software.
