5. Worktable
The table is cast iron, surface-finished by milling or scraping, providing acceptable flatness for general use. Over time, minor wear may occur with intensive operation. Adjustments for cutter head height and width are made manually via lead screws with graduated dials. Positioning accuracy relies on operator skill, with typical repeatability around ±0.2 mm. A spring-loaded pressure roller is installed at the infeed, and a basic anti-kickback guard is fitted at the outfeed-meeting fundamental safety requirements.
6. Machine Frame
