Specification

This machine uses an i5-3rd generation 8-128 memory industrial computer (built-in Wi-Fi for wireless networking) operating system that based on the PL , with complete operating instructions and troubleshooting guidelines, and is compatible with a variety of sawing optimization software, barcode management software, and factory automation software.

The main saw and the grooving saw can be raised and lowered independently, and the lifting height can be automatically adjusted according to the sawing thickness, reducing the lifting stroke of the saw blade to achieve the best sawing effect.

The solid steel is used as the guide support on both sides, with precise positioning; the movement of the material push clamp is driven by a servo motor and a high-precision gear rack transmission; the double-end gear rack balance guide, coupled with a magnetic scale, greatly improves the accuracy and service life of the machine.
