Specification

The high strength body, imported spiral planer roller and segment press beam structure are closely matched with the press rollers, avoid the problem of biting head and sweeping end of workpiece.
Over-thickness detection device and casting anti-back device are used to protect the machine and avoid hurt workers caused of rebound of workpiece, ensure the safety of operators.

Conveyor belt transmission adopts helical-spiral taper gear reducer with inverter, transport smooth and reliable.

Control panel 

1st roller is equipped with the heavy duty spiral planer , in order to decrease the large amount of wood boards.

2nd roller is steel sanding roller is used to rough sanding.

3th roller is combined structure, left one is rubber roller and right steel roller, plus sanding pad, to do fine polishing. 

These two sanding rollers are both mounted on the heavy duty cast iron structure, highly reduce the noise and more stable when working.

Working unit is a diameter 180mm planer roller.

1.The pressing roller is equipped with protector device to keep board on the conveyor, which keeps the operator safe.
