1)The sub-saw blade is easy to disassemble and assemble, and the sawing is efficient. The saw blades are operated in the reverse direction at the same time, which effectively reduces the edge chipping phenonmenon of the plate.
2)The fuselage is equipped with an extended air bearing table and a 3kw high-pressure fan to effectively prevent scratches on the wood board and reduce labor.
3)The technical pneumatic two-finger gripper is controlled by an intelligent system to ensure the accuracy of the sawing size without damaging the surface of the workpiece.

Equipment function: High-quality CNC panel saw, used for precise sawing of wood and other boards, can be connected to a variety of order splitting software, high board utilization, high cutting efficiency, providing customers with high-quality services.

Highlights

1.The main saw and the auxiliary saw can be raised and lowered independently, and the lifting height can be automatically adjusted according to the sawing thickness, reducing the lifting travel of the saw blade to achieve the best sawing effect.

2.The main machine frame adopts heavy-duty structural design. The frame has gone through more than a dozen processes such as annealing and sandblasting, and adopts high-precision gantry CNC processing (roughing, aging vibration, semi-finishing, finishing) with the accuracy reaching the international machine tool standards.

3.The pressure beam lifting adopts high-precision double-tie rod cylinder and ASP structure pilot one-way regulating valve. It can stop at any position to realize automatic lifting and positioning. The lifting distance can be adjusted according to the thickness of the plate, reducing the cylinder's empty stroke and improving the sawing efficiency and sawing flatness.
