FEATURE:

Pre-milling equipment with double trimming blades works on the waved effect that is caused by precise sliding table saw.
The glue mechanism adopts a special structure to gelatinize the plates and costing materials uniformly, ensure a more solid conglutination.
End trimming mechanism through a precise guide track movement; adopt automatic tracking and high frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure the cutting surface smoothly.
Rough/fine trimming mechanism is used for repairing the excess edge materials, adopt automatic tracking and high frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure the trimming plates smoothly.
Profiling unit is to make the board ending more smooth and aesthetic
Scraping unit is for a perfect finishing of the applied edge.
The buffing device adopts the board processed by cotton polishing wheel, by end polishing to make a smoother surface.

1.Control Panel:

2.Pre-milling
Premilling unit with two milling knife to make edge clean and easy to glue and make sure perfect edge binding effect

 

3.Gluing:
The gluing mechanism  adopt a special struction to gelatinize the platesstruction to gelatinize the plates and costing materials uniformaly.Ensure a more solid conglutination.

4.End Trim

With Japanese SMC brand air cylinder and throttle valve,it can work with a stable pressure and a long life span.

5.Rough trim&Fine trim:
The use of six-edges knife for fine trimming leads to a smoother cutting surface. With the design of linear guideway, it can stably work without abrasion. Also not easy to get stuck. There are 2 units fine trim, and the cutters will be automatically pneumatic positioned as per 4 thickness edging tapes, high efficiency.

 

6.Conor Round&Scraping:
Corner rounding unit to round the 4 corners, is equipped with 2 HF motors, to get a more smoother corner effect, usually work for 2mm thickness edging tape.
Scraping unit: it is used to scrape the extra glue, to make the edges more smoother. It is equipped with dust collecting pipe.

7.Buffing unit:
There are 2 cloth wheel to polish the edging to make it more smoothly
