Machine details

Automatic Feeding Auxiliary (KN-700-3) This automatic feeding auxiliary device for edge banding frees your hands. Suitable for round, oval, and rounded rectangle shapes.

Edge sealing and butt joint:

KN700-3 uses laser ranging, with a butt joint error of ±0.3mm.
KN620-3 uses meter-based tape breaking, with a butt joint error of ±1mm.

Standard configuration includes a secondary auxiliary bonding wheel. The edge banding strip and the board are pressed together twice to increase the bonding strength.

New type of anti-backward conveyor plate: The addition of a U-shaped groove limiter prevents the edge banding tape from springing back and moving up and down, ensuring smooth tape feeding.
