4. Rough trimming: The rough trimming knife is a flat knife, which is used to trim the excess edge banding material on the upper and upper parts of the edge band of the processed plate. It uses a high-frequency and high-speed motor to achieve rapid cutting, making the upper and lower parts of the trimmed plate flat and smooth.
Fine trimming: Fine trimming is oblique trimming, which is used to trim the excess edge banding material after rough trimming on the upper and upper parts of the edge band of the processed plate, and at the same time, make a natural arc-shaped transition between the plate and the edge band.
